Approach

Listen, enforce, then follow through offline.

Bridge turns online detections into enforcement and, where it matters, physical investigations.

The programme in three steps

01

Listen

Every programme starts with how your brand is abused: which platforms, which categories, which networks sit behind the listings. We design for enforcement, not for a dashboard screenshot.

02

Monitor and enforce

Crawling, analyst review, and takedowns at volume are the baseline. Marketplaces, social, websites, and domains are measured by published compliance, not by alert counts.

03

Follow through offline

Desktop investigations and on-the-ground actions go after high-value targets, with investigators and IP lawyers. We pursue the people and networks behind the listings, not only the listings themselves.

Questions people ask us

Is this just monitoring?

No. Monitoring is step two, and only after the programme is set up so we can take listings down. Step three is offline follow-through against the people behind the listings.

Do you work with our existing software?

Often yes. We can plug into a dashboard you already use. That said, most of our clients choose to run on our platform instead. Either way, Bridge still does the enforcement and the investigations those detections were supposed to enable.

When do investigations start?

When a seller, network, or leak is high-value enough that a takedown alone will not change the outcome. Desktop research is in-house. On-the-ground work is scoped with the brand.

Is Bridge a software platform?

We have built a sophisticated platform, and state-of-the-art AI powers much of the success it creates. Investigators and IP specialists still do the enforcement and the follow-through. It is not a tool for your team to run on their own.
