Types of data collected

When you write to us through the Talk to us form, we collect the name, email, company, and message you enter. Company is optional; the other fields are required to send the form. We do not run analytics, advertising, or social-media pixels on this site. The browser still requests files from Webflow, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare Turnstile so the page and form can work; those providers may receive your IP address. Mode and place of processing

The owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the data. Form submissions are processed by Webflow on our behalf. Fonts are served by Google. Bot checks on the form are run by Cloudflare. Data is processed in Belgium and in the countries where those processors operate. Depending on the user's location, that may involve a country other than their own.

Retention time

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry, and longer if a legal obligation requires it. Appearance preference (bbp-theme) stays in your browser until you clear site data. Session and bot-protection cookies last for the session or about 30 minutes. Once a retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Purposes of processing

We collect form data to answer enquiries and to take pre-contractual steps if you ask about a programme. Hosting, fonts, and Turnstile are used to provide the website, keep the form usable, and detect abusive automated traffic. We do not collect data to display advertising or content from social platforms.

Legal basis

Form enquiries are processed because they are necessary for pre-contractual steps you request, or because we have a legitimate interest in answering mail sent to us. Necessary hosting, security, and the appearance preference are processed as required to provide the site you asked to use, or on the basis of legitimate interests in running a secure website. Google Fonts involves a transfer of IP address to Google to deliver typefaces.

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cookies, localStorage, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare Turnstile are described in the Cookie policy.
